Expert sausage maker Drews Driessen comes forty five years in the business. "I've been a sausage maker from day one. I come from five generations of a family business."

Located on Powell Street in Gastown, the Europe was built as the third and final phase of a commercial travellers hotel developed over twenty-two years, beginning in 1886, by prominent Canadian-Italian entrepreneur Angelo B. Calori in 1908. 

"Great food, cooked with love, great drinks, made with love," says James McFarlane about the concept behind their new project Tuc (think the British term "tuck into your food"), "We want people to leave satiated and satisfied." That's the key idea behind Tuc a new restaurant in Gastown's newest construct on Cordova between Abbott and Carrall.
