Blacktail invites guests to experience an unforgettable evening of gastronomic adventure, as Chef Geoff Rogers of Blacktail (Vancouver), Chef Nick Nutting of Wolf in the Fog (Tofino), Chef Cam Dobranski of Brasserie and Wine Bar Kensington (Calgary), Chef Murray McDonald of Fogo Island Inn (Newfoundland) and Chef Scott Vivian of Beast Restaurant (Toronto) sharpen their knives for 'The Love Of Game' dinner. These Canadian culinary masterminds join forces to create a one-time-onlysix-course menu with an exclusive focus on game meats, matched with cocktails, craft beer and local wine pairings.

Guests will experience an inventive and cutting-edge menu, as these leading chefs bring their distinct styles and favourite regional flavours to the table. To begin, guests are welcomed with canapés and a cocktail at Blacktail Lounge, and then make their way upstairs to the dining area. The five chefs then present one course each, showcasing their region’s finest wild bounty. For a sweet finish, the chefs will combine their creative power to create a buffet spread of tantalizing desserts.

A portion of ticket sales will be donated to Food Banks Canada, which helps support a network of over 500 food banks across the country. The organization leads national initiatives that assist Canadians in need of essential food, and also finds long-term solutions for hunger that will reduce the need for people to use food banks in the future.
