Then stand back. World-renowned cyclists are about to
race right past you. Scores of them. You’ll see
them fly up Water Street. Then lean into the hairpin
turn at Cordova Street. They’ll dash to Maple
Tree Square and Gassy Jack’s statue, then tear
back up Water Street to the finish line at the Steamclock.

The TD Trust Vancouver International
Jazz Festival. It’s internationally respected.
It’s locally revered. It’s the largest annual
festival in Vancouver. And you can catch it in Gastown.
The last weekend in June.
Over 400 performances by the famous. The infamous. And
emerging stars. Attend a ticketed event or one of many
free events taking place in Vancouver, including the
free “Gastown Jazz”. Sweet.
This display of 75 to 100 Classic and
heritage cars will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m. on Saturday September 2, 2006 in the Gastown district
of Vancouver. Water Street will be closed off for the
day and cars will be displayed from the Gassy Jack statue
all the way to Granville Square.
