Inuit Gallery invites guests to view exquisite works by artist, Rande Cook in ‘Behind the Gold Veil’, on display now until August 21st. In Behind the Gold Veil, Rande Cook explores the metaphorical value and material possibilities of gold and its relationship to tradition, narrative, and spirituality. Rande Cook’s artistic practice reflects his awareness of the complex relationship between his cultural traditions and the modern world, and his embrace of new mediums revives traditional narratives in a new light.

Any beer left over will be served on “finish our cask Sunday,” where cask beer will be priced at $5 per sleeve until it runs out.

Timmy Trumpet is a musician, main room house DJ and producer based in Sydney who made his big break in Ibiza playing live trumpet solos over electronic dance music tracks during DJs shows.

He has supported and played alongside acts like Armin Van Buuren, Carl Cox, Fedde le Grand, Dizzee Rascal, Fatboy Slim and the Stafford Brothers. Timmy is also a regular character on the FOX8 reality TV show The Stafford Brothers.

Peter O’Grady, better known as Joy Orbison, is a DJ and producer based in London. His style is a coalescence of house, dubstep, UK funky, UK garage and oldschool jungle. O’Grady achieved underground success with his debut single “Hyph Mngo”, released via Hotflush Recordings in October 2009. He is also known for his collaborations with Boddika.
