A day at brioche begins
with the clatter of baking pans and the aroma of fresh baked goods and ‘bloody good coffee’. This tantalizing scent lures in an eclectic mix of clientele from the surrounding studios and businesses. Architects, artists, models, filmmakers and other professionals trickle through the stone archway eager to start their day with the best pastries in Vancouver - made fresh daily in house! Many leave with fresh loaves of bread for home or bakery baskets for friends, colleagues or clients.
At lunchtime
the heavens open up and spill forth an assortment of casual gourmet favorites including Sicilian panini on house-baked bread, authentic Italian pizza, eggplant parmigiana and seafood salad. Aside from the favorites, each day a variety of mouth-watering entrees, soups and salads are born in the busy Brioche kitchen.
