The menu for the next series looks absolutely delectable, with seasonal vegetables and meats delicately matched with an array of beers and ciders. The ever-popular Orchard Hill Cider has returned to the menu and the new Irish Heather exclusive, Fuller's Extra Special Bitter will be offered. Not drinking? Irish Heather offers a variety of hand-crafted sodas from Boylan's.
Other new additions to the menu include a Pork Schnitzel and a Cassoulet with confit duck leg and braised pork belly.
The Irish Heather also offers vegan and vegetarian options with advance notice. For this upcoming week, the Long Table Series vegetarian menu features roasted bell peppers, sweet garlic & cheese stuffing, with braising greens.
