Otherwise known as blackcurrant beer, this delicious white ale is brewed with fruits and spice, resulting in beautiful pale red and pink coloring. It has a light and flowery bouquet of aromas, and is refreshingly acidic, sweet, and mildly astringent. It’s truly a Canadian beer, made in small batches, and, as the name suggests, it captures the ephemeral quality of fruits at the peak of their season.
