The result is a cloudy, golden yellow beer that is tart, zesty, refreshing, and bubbly. Aromas of peppery yeast, coriander, and citrus, notes of lemon, grass, and mild spice, and delivered to your cozy table at 203 Carrall Street in a tall green 750ml bottle.
New Feature Beer at Six Acres: Brasserie de Blaugies Saison d'EpeautreWritten by Administrator , on Monday, 05 December 2011 17:28
A new old-style beer has just arrived at Six Acres.
The name of this beer is a bit of a complicated mouthful to say, fitting for this Belgian beer, itself a light mouthful of unique and complex flavours. This well-loved beer is a combination of barley and epeautre, which means spelt, a more traditional European brewing method.
