Meet Your Bartender: Q&A With H at Jules

Written by  Administrator , on Friday, 10 February 2012 15:41

Meet H. That's not his "real" name, but it's what he's been called his entire life. H has also been bartending for the better part of his life (over 20 years), and just like his nickname, his passion for the industry shows no signs of disappearing. "I'm going to do this 'till the day I die," H stopped and told us with a smile, "I'm going to do this 'till I can't move anymore." And then he was busy making a drink again behind the bar he mans six days a week at Jules.

H just won the Maker's Mark Competition with a drink called, Brioche de Margie. Find out what H thinks of 'mixologists' and more in our Q+A with another exceptionally talented Gastown bartender, H from Jules on Abbott Street.
