The innovative Sean Heather has come up with a night where you simply trade your time for a delicious Long Tables Series meal. Attendees get food and beer in exchange for 2 hours work pitting beautiful cherries: Spiced Pork Loin, with Potato Salad & Fresh Cut Slaw, to go with Fat Tug IPA, from Driftwood Brewery in Victoria, BC.
