Holiday Decor: Inspirations & Finds from Orling & Wu

It's time to begin warming up your space with holiday decor, and where better to start than with inspirations from Orling & Wu's lovely selection of home decor. This year, opt for bold colors, and it doesn't have to be red. Read about some of the season's tips.

Last year patterns were of central importance in interior decor, and the tasteful clash of prints was a popular way to work them into your home. Orling & Wu's Julie Wu explains that this year, the trends have taken a turn, now favoring more simple displays. The magic number is three - two basic colours and one big and bold complimentary colour, that offers "the wow" in your aesthetic.

What colours? Julie describes a move away from the traditional reds. This season's Mateus Ceramics makes a statement with aubergine, dark teal, and deep ocean hues.
